Your product may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of receiving your unit, provided that you contact the company prior for authorization and that your product is in unused condition and in original packaging. Used presses will be charged a base $100 restocking fee. If press arrives damaged or in need of repair/ replacement of parts, these cost will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of a full refund.
If you are eligible for a refund, then a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend you consider using a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. We are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
A defective or damaged product is eligible for replacement provided that the product arrived damaged or defective and not the result of misuse, improper operation or any other damage inflicted after its receipt.
